Join 2023 German Jazz Prize winner, the electronic artist and poet Moor Mother, and string quintet Wooden Elephant's Ian Anderson in the intimate setting of Berlin’s Pastiche (Listening Venue & Record Shop), as they present their new album: an orchestral reworking of Moor Mother's apocalyptic 2019 album Analog Fluids of Sonic Black Holes, alongside Beethoven Orchestra Bonn and Dirk Kaftan.
Before listening in full to the album – which was recently nominated for the 2026 German Record Critic’s Award – Moor Mother and Ian Anderson will be in conversation with Lucilla Schmidinger, talking about the creative process behind the album, and the unique challenges of reworking an album in an entirely new context. An audience Q&A will follow.
The event will last approx. 90 minutes.
